⊱ You MUST be +18 to contact me or request for commissioned work.

⊱ Absolutely NO AI or NFTs are to be made of my work. Do not put it into ai trainers, do not resell my work to others as your own. This includes adopt trade offs.

⊱ My work is NOT for commercial use. I will have services for that in the future. (Ex. Promo, apparel, posters, etc.)

⊱ You must provide adequate and clear references, not long descriptive paragraphs. Reference and color sheets, face claims, Picrews, poses, etc. are happily accepted. Even half assed doodles are welcomed! I currently do not do design work.

⊱ Payment is fully finalized upfront, unless the client wishes to split the payment based on commission type. (Ex. If you are getting a sketch w/color you can pay the +$10 when the base of the sketch is finalized.)

⊱ No refunds unless the request has not been started at all.

⊱ I reserve the right to use commissioned pieces for promotion of my own work in the future.

⊱ I currently wish to strive for my turnaround time to be 1-2 weeks. Though with full transparency I AM in the middle of a long journey towards mental health recovery, so at LEAST I will give it around 1 month and a half. Please do be mindful that this accounts for my current queue as well!

⊱ Commissions are not exactly first come first served, though I will most likely work in order. Anything that proves easy for my artistic skills and capabilities will be prioritized! I may be more inclined to get to a commission first if financial incentives are involved. (ex. Tips....heh)

⊱ You WILL get updates throughout the process. If any significant changes are to be made to the pose after the client approves of the first outline there will be an up-charge.

⊱ I am in an experimental phase of my art, there's a lot I wish to improve on so please be kind and patient with me! That being said, do not be afraid to ask for anything you have not seen in the samples provided.
